Estimator

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects in the Property industry.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and related documents to determine costs.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure accurate budgeting.
• Identify and evaluate potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide input on project schedules and timelines based on cost analysis.
• Maintain up-to-date records of estimates and project budgets.
• Communicate effectively with vendors and subcontractors to gather pricing information.
• Support the Construction department in decision-making with precise data and analysis.
