With a collaborative team environment and a focus on continued growth, the company offers the opportunity to contribute to a range of multifamily developments while working alongside experienced construction professionals.Job DescriptionPrepare detailed cost estimates, quantity takeoffs, and budgets for multifamily construction projects.Review architectural drawings, specifications, and other project documentation to identify scope requirements and potential risks.Solicit, evaluate, and compare subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure competitive and accurate pricing.Develop conceptual estimates, preliminary budgets, and detailed bid proposals throughout the preconstruction process.Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to validate project scope and pricing.Identify value-engineering opportunities and cost-saving alternatives without compromising quality or project requirements.Maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to support accurate pricing and reliable bid coverage.Assist with bid reviews, scope leveling, cost analysis, and project handover following contract award.Monitor market conditions, material pricing, and labor costs to maintain accurate estimating data.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
