My client is a start up active recovery footwear brand with deep community roots in the fitness, wellness, gym, and sports sectors.

Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end planning for events: pre-event planning, vendor coordination, budgeting, on-site production, and post-event wrap-up
  • Manage travel, staffing, and logistics-including load-in/load-out, setup, and teardown
  • Maintain and transport brand gear, event setups, and digital infrastructure as needed
  • Collaborate with internal content team to build real-time and post-event storytelling
  • Establish key brand relationships with local community influencers, organizations, and gyms

The Successful Applicant

  • 1-3 years experience in event production, brand activations, sports marketing, or related roles
  • Self-starter mentality with excellent communication and time management skills
  • Able to lift 80 lbs and stand/move for 10-12 hours per day during activations
  • Weekend and travel availability required - events often take place outside traditional hours and across multiple markets
  • Strong writing ability for internal and external communication
  • Experience with grassroots outreach, athlete/influencer engagement, or creator partnerships a plus
  • Public speaking and social content creation comfort a plus
