Job Description

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of senior leadership.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Organize and prioritize multiple tasks to ensure timely completion of responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  • Assist in tracking and managing key projects and deliverables.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including expense reporting and document management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Executive Assistant should have:

  • MUST have a start-up background
  • Strong tenure
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in sensitive situations.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
