Job Description

  • Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior executives.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-ups.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality.
  • Handle expense reporting and budget tracking for executives.
  • Assist in planning and executing company events, conferences, and team meetings.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
  • Perform other administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Executive Assistant should have:

  • 10+ years of experience supporting senior leaders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Experience in financial services is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in Salesforce or other CRMs is strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
