Job Description

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements for senior leadership.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and communications effectively.
  • Organize and maintain confidential files and records, ensuring easy accessibility when needed.
  • Support event planning, including logistics and material preparation for meetings and conferences.
  • Assist in managing budgets and tracking expenses, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Provide general administrative support, including handling phone calls, emails, and office supplies management.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Executive Assistant should have:
