Job Description

  • Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
  • Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation.
  • Support event planning and execution for company functions and meetings.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support the team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Executive Administrative Assistant should have:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in the financial industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Experience managing calendars and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
