About Our Client

Our client is a global financial services organization with a sophisticated investment banking platform and a strong reputation within the industry. Due to continued growth, the firm is seeking a trusted partner to support front-office recruitment efforts. This role will work closely with senior recruiting leadership, HR executives, and Investment Banking leaders while serving as a key point of contact throughout the executive hiring process. 4 days onsite in Midtown.

Job Description

  • Coordinate complex executive-level interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders, calendars, and time zones.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience.
  • Manage candidate travel arrangements, interview logistics, itineraries, and onboarding preparation materials.
  • Prepare candidate summaries, hiring packages, presentations, and recruitment documentation for senior stakeholders.
  • Coordinate offer documentation and partner closely with compensation teams during executive-level offer negotiations.
  • Consolidate interview feedback and prepare materials for HR and business leadership review.
  • Maintain recruiting data, reporting, trackers, organizational charts, and recruitment-related materials.
  • Partner closely with recruiters, sourcing teams, HR leadership, and Investment Banking stakeholders to support hiring initiatives.
  • Assist with special projects and ongoing process improvements within the Talent Acquisition function.
  • 4 days onsite in Midtown.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, executive search, talent acquisition operations, or executive administration.
  • Experience supporting senior-level executives, candidates, or stakeholders in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing demands simultaneously.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills with the confidence to interact directly with senior bankers and business leaders.
  • Experience managing complex scheduling and coordinating high-volume interviews across multiple stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a high-performance environment where responsiveness, attention to detail, and urgency are critical.
  • Experience within financial services, professional services, executive search, or similar high-touch environments is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
