Existing Product Development Engineer- MI

• Lead and manage existing product development projects from concept to production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions.
• Create and analyze engineering designs, prototypes, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges during the development process.
• Conduct testing and validation to ensure product performance and quality.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
• Support manufacturing teams to ensure seamless production integration.
