Job Description

  • Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on equipment and building systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to prioritize and complete maintenance tasks effectively.
  • Maintain compliance with safety and building regulations.
  • Document maintenance activities and report any significant issues to management.
  • Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment when required.
  • Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and request replenishments as needed.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from other departments or tenants.
