Fast-Track Commercial Project Manager

• Lead 2-3 simultaneous ground-up projects ($3M-$12M)
• Manage schedules, subcontractors, and multi-trade sequencing
• Oversee budgets, change orders, and client communication
• Split time 50/50 between office and active job sites
• Support estimating, proposals, and pre-con activities
