Backed by strong financial resources and an established leadership team, the company continues to expand its presence throughout the Mid-Atlantic region while offering employees long-term career stability and advancement opportunities.Job DescriptionAssist Project Managers and Superintendents with daily project coordination.Review construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project correspondence.Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.Support project scheduling, procurement, and documentation efforts.Monitor project progress and maintain accurate project records.Participate in project meetings and prepare meeting minutes.Assist with quality control and project closeout documentation.Support budgeting, cost tracking, and contract administration activities.Ensure project documentation complies with federal project requirements.Maintain construction management software and reporting systems.Help facilitate successful project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
