Over the past decade, the company has evolved from a small startup into a respected contractor delivering industrial facilities, warehouse fit-outs, manufacturing projects, tenant improvements, self-storage developments, and distribution centers for nationally recognized clients.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesManage federal construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout.Oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, procurement activities, and client communications.Ensure compliance with federal contracting requirements, reporting standards, and project documentation procedures.Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, certified payroll documentation, progress reports, and closeout packages.Work collaboratively with government agencies, consultants, owners, field teams, and subcontractors.Maintain accurate project records and ensure all required documentation is completed on time.Monitor project risks and support contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.Conduct periodic site visits and attend project meetings as required.Support successful delivery of renovation, modernization, and public-sector construction projects.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
