They are actively expanding their New Jersey footprint and investing in long-term regional growth.Job DescriptionSite Supervision: Oversee all on-site construction activities for a SCIF renovation project within a larger $50M federal contractSchedule Management: Manage day-to-day field operations, subcontractors, and scheduling to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budgetQuality Control: Coordinate with project managers, government stakeholders, and inspectors to maintain compliance and quality controlSafety Compliance: Oversee safety protocols in accordance with OSHA standards (OSHA 30 required)Documentation: Manage contracts ranging from $500K to $15M+, ensuring proper execution and documentationTeam Leadership: Provide leadership, mentoring, and direction to field teams to ensure operational excellenceMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
