My client is looking for either a PM or Sr. PM for projects across the US for federal projects. Looking for people to lead large-scale federal construction projects, with a strong emphasis on financial management, client relationships, and team leadership. This role requires travel to active project sites, where you'll oversee execution, drive schedules, and ensure projects are completed safely and profitably.

Job Description

  • Lead project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Serve as the primary client-facing representative on site
  • Build and develop high-performing teams through hiring, mentoring, and retention
  • Enforce and promote strict safety policies and compliance standards
  • Facilitate daily team huddles to drive communication and resolve issues
  • Partner with the Superintendent to create and execute project schedules
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standard

The Successful Applicant

  • 8-10+ years of federal construction experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Project Manager role
  • Proven experience managing projects valued at $50M+
  • Willingness and ability to travel for project assignments (3 weeks on-site / 1 weekend home)
  • Strong financial acumen and client management skills
  • Familiarity with EM-385 safety standards
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
