Job Description

  • Oversee daily site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
  • Act as the Site Safety and Health Officer, enforcing strict safety protocols and compliance standards
  • Lead all quality control activities as Quality Control Manager, including inspections and audits
  • Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, and stakeholders for seamless execution
  • Maintain project schedules and proactively mitigate risks or delays
  • Manage all site documentation, including daily reports, safety logs, and quality records
  • Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for execution and compliance

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in a Superintendent, SSHO, or QCM role within construction
  • Strong knowledge of federal safety regulations and quality control processes
  • Experience managing subcontractors and multi-trade project teams
  • Ability to lead both safety and quality programs on active job sites
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills (daily reports, compliance logs)
  • Strong communication and leadership capabilities
  • Experience working on government or federally regulated projects is highly desirable
