Federal/Public SPM

The Senior Project Manager will oversee multiple federal, municipal, and public-sector construction projects while serving as the primary point of contact for owners, consultants, and project teams.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead all phases of construction for federal, municipal, and public-sector projects from preconstruction through final completion
• Maintain ownership of project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and financial performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, municipal owners, and project stakeholders
• Partner closely with Superintendents to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
• Manage subcontractor procurement, contract administration, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Identify project risks early and implement strategies to keep projects on track
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams while fostering collaboration across field and office operations
• Conduct regular client meetings and site visits throughout the duration of each project
• Ensure compliance with all contractual requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations
