Job Description

  • Act as the on-site construction representative overseeing day-to-day field operations
  • Coordinate and support inspections with local authorities, consultants, and project teams
  • Monitor construction progress and ensure work aligns with project schedules and standards
  • Drive quality control initiatives across all phases of construction
  • Serve as the primary on-site liaison between project leadership and field teams
  • Provide real-time reporting and updates to senior stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare construction standards and regulations
  • Maintain a strong on-site presence, acting as the "boots on the ground" for leadership

  • Strong field-based construction management background
  • Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight
  • Experience coordinating inspections and working with city officials and consultants
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly reliable, proactive, and self-motivated professional
  • Comfortable working full-time on-site in a dedicated role
  • Passion for delivering high-quality construction outcomes
