Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Project Support

  • Support Project Managers and Superintendents across multiple ongoing jobs.
  • Assist with project scheduling, updates, and coordination.
  • Maintain and verify daily project reports, documenting progress, and production metrics.



Field Engineering & Quality

  • Perform field verifications, inspections, and measurements to ensure construction accuracy.
  • Conduct quantity takeoffs for materials and construction activities.
  • Evaluate daily production rates to track performance and support cost controls.
  • Assist with as‑built drawings and documentation.



Coordination & Communication

  • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Coordinate inventory, equipment, and material deliveries with field supervisors.
  • Communicate with customers professionally to help resolve issues and maintain strong relationships.



Safety & Compliance

  • Adhere to safety-first principles, supporting jobsite audits and compliance checks.
  • Complete all required safety certifications, annual renewals, and pre-employment screenings.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business.
  • 1+ years of experience in construction management or related internship experience (preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast‑paced field environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Highly organized, self‑motivated, and adaptable to both office and jobsite settings.
  • Must pass background check, motor vehicle report, physical exam, and drug screening.
