  • Lead and manage construction field operations across multiple project sites.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols at all times.
  • Coordinate with project teams to maintain schedules and meet deadlines.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Manage resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment for on-site teams.
