With more than three decades of experience, it has built a strong reputation for delivering high‑performance, stainless‑steel equipment engineered for continuous, high‑speed production environments.Job DescriptionThe key responsibilities of the Field Service Technician are:Install, commission, and start up packaging equipment at customer locations.Perform routine preventive maintenance and equipment inspections.Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control system issues.Troubleshoot equipment performance problems and implement corrective actions.Conduct equipment testing and verify proper operation following repairs or installations.Train customers on equipment operation, maintenance procedures, and safety practices.Complete detailed service reports, maintenance records, and documentation.Communicate technical findings and recommendations to customers and internal teams.Support equipment upgrades, retrofits, and process improvement initiatives.Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and timely service.Follow all safety procedures and customer site requirements.If interested, please apply using the link below.
