Job Description

  • Lead finance and accounting activities, including general ledger, AP, AR, fixed assets.
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes, and financial reporting for consolidation purposes
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial statements, regulatory compliance, tax coordination, in compliance with local GAAP and IFRS.
  • Manage relationship with external auditors.
  • Lead cash management and liquidity planning activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all tax regulations.
  • Coordinate corporate income tax, VAT and other statutory filings.
  • Monitor regulatory developments impacting the business
  • Establish and maintain strong internal controls, financial governance and risk management processes.
  • Optimize accounts receivable, accounts payable and inventory levels.
  • Improve cash conversion cycle and working capital efficiency.
  • Coordinate relationships with auditors, banks, tax advisors, and other external financial stakeholders.
  • Lead and develop the Accounting and Administration team.
  • Drive process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of progressive finance/accounting experience, including leadership responsibility.
  • Manufacturing finance/accounting experience required.
  • SAP experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, treasury, working capital and internal controls.
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.



Preferred Qualifications

  • CPA preferred.
  • Multinational/global company experience preferred.
  • Experience working with international finance teams and stakeholders.
  • HVAC, heat-transfer, data center, power generation, or industrial manufacturing experience.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing growth, CAPEX and business expansion.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
