Job Description

  • Manage and analyze inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock across the business
  • Support purchasing, PO planning, and ordering decisions in partnership with product and manufacturing teams
  • Evaluate product costing, inventory margins, and manufacturing-related expenses
  • Assist with sales forecasting and inventory planning to align demand with supply
  • Monitor inventory aging, product performance, and cost trends
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Supply Chain, and Operations teams, including warehouse/3PL functions
  • Support inventory growth initiatives, including warehouse expansion and scaling operations
  • Act as a key liaison between Finance and Supply Chain functions
  • Drive process improvements across inventory tracking, reporting, and forecasting tools

The Successful Applicant

  • 3-5 years of experience in inventory planning, supply chain finance, or related roles
  • Background in CPG, retail, ecommerce, or manufacturing environments strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of inventory management, purchasing, and product costing
  • Experience analyzing margins, manufacturing costs, and inventory performance
  • Advanced Excel skills; comfortable working with large datasets and inventory models
  • ERP/inventory system experience (flexible on platform)
  • Hands-on, operationally minded, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator with the ability to work across Finance, Operations, and Product teams
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset with willingness to wear multiple hats
