Job Description

  • Oversee all final phases of construction, including punch list, inspections, and closeout
  • Coordinate subcontractors to ensure timely completion of outstanding items
  • Uphold strict quality control standards across units and common areas
  • Partner with project teams to drive projects to on-time, successful completion
  • Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Finish Superintendent or Superintendent on multifamily projects
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in punch-out and closeout phases
  • Ability to manage subcontractors and deadlines effectively in final stages
  • Must be local to the Atlanta area
