Finish Superintendent - Multifamily Construction

• Oversee all finish-phase construction activities on multifamily projects
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors focused on interior finishes (flooring, paint, trim, cabinetry, etc.)
• Drive punch list completion and ensure all units meet quality standards
• Maintain detailed turnover schedules and ensure milestones are achieved
• Conduct unit walkthroughs and coordinate inspections with stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications
• Work closely with Project Managers and site leadership to maintain timelines
• Identify and resolve final-stage issues quickly to avoid delays in turnover
