Minimal travel involved.About Our ClientWe are currently partnered with a thriving Concrete contractor in the Birmingham area who are in search of a Foreman to join their home office. The Foreman reports directly tot he General Superintendent and is responsible for managing crews onsight, typically running 1-3 projects at a time. This is a larger company, but they focus on smaller concrete packages ($1.5M average contract). This allows them to capitalize on margins and reward their employees more often. The company has a reputation for being tight-knit and having a great internal culture. They value the ability to lead and organize skilled crews, and will happily hire an individual with this ability today! APPLY NOWJob DescriptionLead daily field operations for concrete construction projects, including foundations, pads, and structural projectsSupervise, direct, and coordinate crew members and material vendors onsite.
