Foreman - Concrete Construction - Central, AL

• Lead and supervise construction teams to complete concrete projects efficiently and safely.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to meet project objectives.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols on-site to maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor the use of materials, tools, and equipment to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
• Provide hands-on training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets specifications and quality standards.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on project progress and issues to management.
