Job Description

As a Foundation Construction Project Manager - Long Island, NY, you will:

    • Manage foundation, excavation, and ground-up construction projects.
    • Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, change orders, and project documentation.
    • Coordinate with owners, engineers, field teams, and subcontractors.
    • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
    • Lead project meetings and maintain stakeholder relationships.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Foundation Construction Project Manager - Long Island, NY candidate will have:

    • 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor.
    • Strong foundation, excavation, and sitework project experience.
    • Experience managing ground-up construction projects.
    • Proficient in budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management.
