Job Description

  • Develop and manage financial models to support forecasting and budgeting processes.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide leadership with actionable recommendations based on financial analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial inputs.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess their impact on business goals.
  • Support strategic initiatives with financial insights and scenario planning.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A Manager should have:

Hands-on FP&A Manager to build financial rigor, improve forecasting accuracy, and provide actionable insights to leadership.

  • A strong background in finance, particularly within the FMCG industry.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong communication abilities to effectively present financial insights.
  • Collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
