The Superintendent will take full ownership of fuel center / gas station construction projects, starting with a project in Murfreesboro, TN. This is a hands-on, field leadership role requiring someone comfortable managing all aspects of a project independently while traveling across the Southeast.

Job Description

  • Run full project lifecycle onsite from mobilization through closeout
  • Independently manage subcontractors, scheduling, and logistics
  • Ensure jobsite safety, quality, and compliance standards
  • Maintain daily coordination with PMs and senior field leadership
  • Drive schedule milestones and resolve field issues proactively
  • Lead all jobsite meetings and maintain accountability across trades
  • Travel to projects across the Southeast as needed

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a standalone Superintendent running projects end-to-end
  • Background in fuel centers, gas stations, or similar retail construction (required)
  • Ability to manage multiple trades on fast-paced, small-to-mid size builds
  • Willingness to travel regionally for project assignments
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Must be located within ~250 miles of Columbia or Greenville, SC
  • Stable work history with strong tenure preferred

What's on Offer

  • Base Salary: $90K - $115K
  • Bonus: ~10% annual
  • Vehicle Allowance: ~$145/week
  • Per Diem: Provided during travel
  • 401(k): 4% match
  • PTO: 2 weeks (flexible) + 5 sick days + 8 holidays
  • Full benefits package including healthcare
