Job Description

  • Manage all on-site construction activities, including scheduling, safety, and quality control.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Oversee the work of subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to provide regular project updates.
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all OSHA standards.
  • Resolve any on-site issues to minimize project delays.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality standards.
  • Ensure all required documentation and reporting are completed accurately and on time.
