Job Description

The General Manager will:

  • Own full P&L responsibility, driving operational performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
  • Lead daily MRO operations to meet customer commitments, regulatory requirements, and production targets.
  • Develop, coach, and retain a skilled workforce through effective hiring, training, and succession planning.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with FAA Part 145, QCM, RSM, and applicable regulatory and customer standards.
  • Identify and remove operational constraints using Lean and continuous improvement principles.
  • Act as the senior site leader, engaging customers, auditors, and internal stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

The General Manager should have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Senior leadership experience within aerospace MRO or regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of repair station requirements.
  • Demonstrated P&L ownership and experience managing multi‑disciplinary teams.
  • Proven ability to lead change, scale operations, and improve throughput.
  • Excellent communication skills with customers, regulators, and executive leadership.
