General/ Senior Superintendent - needs MA-CSL

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and enforce safety protocols on-site.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to on-site teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Prepare and present progress reports to key stakeholders and management.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to local building codes and regulations.
