· Technical Expertise: Deep electrical knowledge in commercial/industrial projects. Additionally, understanding of NEC, state, and local codes.

· Project Management: Plan, schedule, and organize tasks to meet deadlines. Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion.

· Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Resolve construction issues and adapt to company methods. Lead by example and handle project changes effectively.

· Communication and Relationship Building: Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members. Build and maintain strong client relationships.

· Safety and Quality Assurance: Ensure project efficiency, safety, and adherence to quality standards.
