Additionally, understanding of NEC, state, and local codes.· Project Management: Plan, schedule, and organize tasks to meet deadlines. Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion.· Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Resolve construction issues and adapt to company methods. Lead by example and handle project changes effectively.· Communication and Relationship Building: Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
