General Superintendent- Light Industrial

• Manage all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction to completion, within the light industrial sector.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards across all job sites.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project timelines and budgets.
• Supervise and mentor on-site construction teams to maintain high performance and quality standards.
• Review and approve project schedules and progress reports to ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Resolve any on-site issues effectively to avoid project delays or cost overruns.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns.
• Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and project outcomes.
