• Oversee daily operations and ensure all construction activities are executed according to project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all job sites.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Supervise and mentor on-site staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Review and approve project schedules, budgets, and reports.
