Ground Up Construction Healthcare Superintendent

• Oversee all phases of healthcare construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to maintain project schedules and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all team members.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address potential challenges proactively.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve technical and design issues.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports for stakeholders.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns effectively.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure all work meets industry standards and client expectations.
