Job Description

  • Manage full lifecycle of ground-up multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and overall jobsite performance
  • Collaborate directly with senior leadership including VP and executive team members
  • Conduct regular site visits while maintaining a strong in-office presence
  • Utilize Procore to manage documentation, schedules, and project communication
  • Drive proactive problem-solving and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
  • Support multiple projects in various stages, including newly awarded and upcoming pipeline work

The Successful Applicant

A successful Multifamily Project Manager should have:

  • 5-7 years of experience with a general contractor
  • Proven experience managing ground-up multifamily construction projects ($25M+)
  • Wood-frame construction experience required
  • Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management software
  • Strong ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Motivated, growth-oriented mindset with desire to advance in a fast-paced environment
