GTM/Sales Recruiter

• Source and attract qualified candidates for various roles within the company.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates for future opportunities.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated on industry trends to identify new recruitment opportunities.
