Due to continued growth and increasing customer demand, they are expanding their team at their facility near Romeoville, IL.Job DescriptionLead and continuously improve site EHS programs and policies.Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable regulatory requirements.Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.Investigate incidents, near misses, and workplace injuries, implementing corrective actions as needed.Maintain OSHA logs, safety records, and required compliance documentation.Coordinate safety training programs, including emergency response and occupational health topics.Manage workers' compensation claims and support return-to-work efforts.Lead safety meetings and partner with leaders across the organization to drive a proactive safety culture.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
