Job Description

  • Lead healthcare construction projects from planning through completion
  • Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Oversee preconstruction efforts including estimating and procurement
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations
  • Drive effective communication across internal and external stakeholders
  • Utilize technology and project management systems to enhance delivery
  • Mentor project engineers and support team development

The Successful Applicant

A successful Healthcare Construction Project Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
  • Strong background in healthcare construction required
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships
  • Knowledge of construction delivery methods (CMAR, design-build, etc.)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Lean construction principles is a plus
