Job Description

  • Manage all phases of healthcare construction projects, from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Ensure all construction activities comply with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Prepare regular status reports and updates for stakeholders.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and manage project resources effectively.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Healthcare Construction Project Manager should have:

  • Experience as a Project Manager on healthcare projects
  • Background on larger-scale builds ($20M+ preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of project financials and scheduling
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project teams
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Stable work history with reputable contractors preferred

What's on Offer

  • Base Salary: $130K - $165K
  • Vehicle Allowance: ~$700/month
  • Bonus: ~15% discretionary
  • 401(k): 50% match up to 5% (after 1 year)
