Job Description

  • Manage all phases of healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through final turnover
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and cost controls
  • Lead subcontractor procurement, buyout, and contract administration activities
  • Coordinate with healthcare clients, architects, engineers, consultants, and trade partners
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, permits, and project documentation
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare construction standards, regulations, and project requirements
  • Monitor project performance and proactively address budget, schedule, and quality challenges
  • Lead client meetings and maintain strong stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle
  • Partner with Superintendents to ensure efficient project execution and resource allocation
  • Oversee project financial reporting and forecasting
  • Manage project closeout, punch list completion, and final client turnover
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare systems, administrators, and project partners

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
  • Proven experience managing healthcare construction projects
  • Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite
