Job Description

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities from project start through completion
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
  • Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved on time
  • Enforce jobsite safety standards and quality control procedures
  • Collaborate with project managers, owners, architects, and consultants
  • Conduct regular site meetings and provide project progress updates
  • Review construction documents and proactively resolve field issues
  • Ensure projects are delivered within budget while maintaining company standards
  • Utilize construction management software such as Procore and related tools
  • Support successful project closeout and turnover processes

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction
  • Healthcare construction experience is highly preferred
  • Experience managing projects valued up to $30M
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate multiple trades and maintain project schedules
  • Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management software
  • Proven commitment to jobsite safety and quality management
  • Must be able to commute to project sites throughout Connecticut
  • Stable work history with a track record of successful project delivery
