Healthcare Construction - Superintendent

• Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities for healthcare projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and healthcare regulations.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and maintain quality standards.
• Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and guidance to on-site teams to achieve project goals.
