Healthcare - Estimator

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for healthcare construction projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project goals.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to determine project requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to gather necessary information for estimates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.
• Assist in value engineering and cost-saving initiatives without compromising project quality.
• Provide support during the bidding process, including preparing bid proposals and attending pre-bid meetings.
• Track and analyze project costs, ensuring they remain within budget.
