The Project Manager will oversee pharmaceutical, healthcare, and advanced manufacturing construction projects throughout the Triangle region. This individual will be responsible for driving project execution from preconstruction through closeout while maintaining strong client relationships, managing subcontractors, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Job Description

  • Manage all phases of healthcare and industrial construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment and quality.
  • Monitor project budgets and schedules to ensure timely delivery within financial constraints.
  • Oversee on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and address any project-related concerns.
  • Review and approve project documentation, including contracts and change orders.
  • Resolve any unforeseen challenges or issues that arise during the construction process.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and industry standards.

Required Experience

  • Project Management experience within commercial construction
  • Ability to independently manage projects and client relationships
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience leading subcontractor meetings and project teams
  • Strong understanding of project documentation and controls
