Job Description

The Healthcare Project Manager - Asheville will be responsible for:

  • Managing all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout while ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives are achieved.
  • Leading project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Overseeing budgets, forecasting, procurement activities, contract administration, and cost controls.
  • Coordinating project schedules and driving project execution to maintain milestones and client expectations.
  • Collaborating with field leadership to ensuring successful project delivery and proactive issue resolution.
  • Supporting healthcare, higher education, K-12, and municipal construction projects valued at $20M+.
  • Maintaining strong client relationships while identifying opportunities to enhance project

The Successful Applicant

The successful Healthcare Project Manager - Asheville will have:

  • Demonstrated stable career progression and strong tenure with previous employers.
  • Experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects with values of $20M+ preferred.
  • Experience within healthcare and/or higher education construction environments.
  • Strong leadership, communication, scheduling, and financial management capabilities.
  • Residing in or being willing to relocate to the Asheville or greater Western North Carolina region.
