Job Description

  • Lead healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
  • Manage project budgets, forecasting, subcontractor buyout, contracts, and change order administration
  • Develop and maintain project schedules while coordinating owners, architects, engineers, trade partners, and hospital stakeholders
  • Oversee procurement, RFIs, submittals, project documentation, and regulatory compliance throughout each phase of construction
  • Partner closely with field leadership to promote a strong safety culture and ensure quality, logistics, and project sequencing are successfully executed
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by leading project meetings and providing proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare construction standards, including ICRA protocols and infection control requirements when applicable
  • Identify project risks early and implement strategic solutions to maintain schedule, budget, and overall project performance

The Successful Applicant

  • Project Management experience with a General Contractor
  • Proven experience managing healthcare construction projects, including hospitals, medical facilities, or occupied clinical environments
  • Strong understanding of ICRA requirements and healthcare construction best practices is highly preferred
  • Experience managing project budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts, and change orders
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, building systems, and coordination across multiple trades
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent industry experience
