The company invests heavily in training, mentorship, and leadership development, providing a clear path toward Senior Project Manager and beyond.Job DescriptionLead healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budgetManage project budgets, forecasting, subcontractor buyout, contracts, and change order administrationDevelop and maintain project schedules while coordinating owners, architects, engineers, trade partners, and hospital stakeholdersOversee procurement, RFIs, submittals, project documentation, and regulatory compliance throughout each phase of constructionPartner closely with field leadership to promote a strong safety culture and ensure quality, logistics, and project sequencing are successfully executedBuild and maintain strong client relationships by leading project meetings and providing proactive communication throughout the project lifecycleEnsure compliance with healthcare construction standards, including ICRA protocols and infection control requirements when applicableIdentify project risks early and implement strategic solutions to maintain schedule, budget, and overall project performanceMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
